Once you have registered with PLATFORM PLUS, Colonial First State will automatically send the relevant and appropriate file information to your dealer group, and you will be able to access this information via your PLATFORM PLUS Application. You will need to register with PLATFORM PLUS by call3574 and Colonial First State will deliver the information back to PLATFORM PLUS. To extract data feeds using PLATFORM PLUS: Once you have registered with them, Colonial First State will automatically send the relevant and appropriate file information to them on a daily basis which you can access via Xplan. You will need to contact Xplan Technology on 1300 130 069 to request that Colonial First State Investments client information can be delivered to you. Once you have registered with them, Colonial First State will automatically send the relevant and appropriate file information to them on a daily basis which you can access via the IWL VisiTrustedNetwork (VTN). You will need to register with IWL by calling IWL Registrations on 1300 135 753 to request that Colonial First State Investments client information can be delivered to you. If you need to be set up to receive CFS data feeds, please contact us. 
Changing the email address will not change your official email address on Colonial First State’s systems. The email address is populated with your email address that we have on record however you can change this address for the notification of CFS data feed files. Note: Your email address is used to notify you when the data feed file is ready for download. From the data feed extract page, select ‘CFS Data Feed’ from the drop down list.To extract data feeds using CFS Data Feed:
